Introduction of a Dividend Reinvestment Scheme

The Directors of Puma Alpha VCT plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce that further to the passing of the necessary resolutions at the annual general meeting of the Company held on 14 August 2024, the Company has introduced a dividend reinvestment scheme ("DRIS") whereby shareholders may elect to reinvest the whole of any dividend they receive from the Company going forward in new ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("New Shares"). The DRIS is available to all shareholders in respect of their entire shareholdings in the Company.

Depending on their personal circumstances, shareholders should be eligible for the income and capital gains tax advantages available to shareholders in venture capital trusts in respect of the New Shares subscribed for under the DRIS.

To take part in the DRIS, a Form of Election, a copy of which is available from www.pumainvestments.co.uk, should be completed. Participation in the DRIS may be cancelled at any time by notice in writing to the Scheme Administrator, Neville Registrars Limited, at the address on the Form of Election.  Further information relating to the DRIS (including the terms and conditions of the scheme) may be found at the above website.
