Total Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (the "Company") hereby notifies the market that:
As at 31 October 2024, the Company's issued share capital consists of 208,967,756 ordinary shares of €0.04 each with voting rights. The Company holds 8,023,372 shares in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 200,944,384. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
