("OTE" or the "Company") announces that in the context of ''OTE Shares Award'' Program, Mr. Panayiotis Gabrielides, Chief Commercial Officer Consumer Segment OTE Group, according to his transaction notification to the Company dated 04.12.2025, purchased 720 shares of OTE (LEI ELPUFM0XZRZO4LFXW404), at an average price of €17.3000 for a total value of €12,456.00 on 03.12.2025.
