HOBOKEN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 17, 2025-- Wiley(NYSE: WLY), a global leader in authoritative content and research intelligence for the advancement of scientific discovery, innovation, and learning, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.355 per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock, payable on January 15, 2026, to shareholders of record on December 30, 2025. The quarterly dividend is equivalent to an annual dividend of $1.42 per share, an increase from $1.41 per share in Fiscal 2025. In June 2025, Wiley raised its dividend for the 32^nd consecutive year.

On December 10, 2025, Wiley announced that it was increasing its Fiscal 2026 share repurchase allocation to $100 million, up from $60 million in Fiscal 2025 and $45 million in Fiscal 2024.
