Christian Schmalzl, Co-CEO of the general partner of Ströer SE & Co. KGaA, informed Supervisory Board Chairman Christoph Vilanek and his Co-CEO Udo Müller today that he will not be availabe for reappointment when his term expires in summer 2028 for personal reasons related to his life plans. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board and the general partner have decided to initiate a search and selection process for a new member of the Management Board.
