GAAP Operating Loss and Operating Margin: GAAP operating loss was
$5.2 million compared to$47.4 million for the fourth quarter of 2024, and GAAP operating margin was (3%) compared to (36%) for the fourth quarter of 2024. This included equity-based compensation expense of$20.8 million , compared to$52.6 million for the fourth quarter of 2024. -
Non-GAAP Operating Income and Non-GAAP Operating Margin: Non-GAAP operating income was
$16.7 million compared to$8.7 million for the fourth quarter of 2024, and non-GAAP operating margin was 10% compared to 7% for the fourth quarter of 2024. -
GAAP Net Income / Loss Per Share - Basic and Diluted: GAAP net income per share was
$0.01 compared to GAAP net loss per share of ($0.19 ) for the fourth quarter of 2024. -
Non-GAAP Net Income Per Share: Non-GAAP net income per share was
