About the company

Hwa AG is a Germany-based company that manufactures and assembles sports cars and components for Daimler AG and Mercedes-AMG GmbH. Its main activities include construction and calculation, engine building, testing, electronic solutions, mechanical assembly, model building, logistics and aftersales and quality control. The Company operates in two segments: Motor Racing and Vehicles and Components. The Motor Racing segment is dominated by participation in the German Touring Car Masters (DTM) racing series where the Company is involved in all racing operation activities, including development and construction of race cars and participation in the races. The Vehicles and Components segment focuses on the development and production of sports cars for series production, such as the Mercedes Benz CLK-GTR, the CLK DTM AMG and the SL 65 AMG Black series. The Company also builds and services racing engines for the Formula 3 Euro Series and for the British Formula 3 Series.
