Its Rezpegaldesleukin pipeline is an investigational, potential first-in-class T regulatory cell stimulator that addresses this underlying immune system imbalance in people with many autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. Rezpegaldesleukin is being developed as a self-administered injection.
