The Company’s 100%-owned Moora Copper-Gold-PGE Project is located 150 kilometers (km) north-east of Perth in the prospective Julimar Province of Western Australia. The Dingo Rocks Base and Precious Metals Project is located in the Albany Fraser Range region of Western Australia. The Dingo Rocks Project comprises a wholly owned exploration license located 600 km east-southeast of Perth, Western Australia. The Aston Project, which comprises 14 granted, largely contiguous tenements covering an area of 1,709 square kilometers (km2), and four pending tenements for 84 km2, is in the Gascoyne Province of Western Australia, approximately 850km north of Perth and 230 km east of Carnarvon. The Company's subsidiaries include ERL (Aust) Pty Ltd and Minerals 260 Holdings Pty Ltd.
