Objective
The objective of Company has to date been to provide shareholders with an attractive income and capital return by investing its funds in a portfolio of unquoted and AIM/AQSE quoted UK companies which meet the relevant criteria under the VCT Rules. Management & contract fees
The company is managed by the Board of Directors. A performance fee of 10% is payable if dividends and capital distributions exceed the sum of 80GBX per share, which is the gross subscription of 100GBX less 20GBX income tax deemed by the Board.
