In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company advises that it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.
Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc, of which Graham Paterson is a Non-Executive Director, has been merged into The Income & Growth VCT plc. As part of the above merger, Graham Paterson was appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director of The Income & Growth VCT plc on 26 July 2024. Graham Paterson will remain a Non-Executive Director of Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc until the members' voluntary liquidation is complete.
