Merit Group Plc (AIM:MRIT) announces that it has now mailed its 2024 Annual Report & Accounts.

The Annual Report includes a notice of Annual General Meeting to be held at 9am on 24 September 2024 at the offices of Fieldfisher, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London, EC4R 3TT.
