Fandango Holdings plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Nigel J. Green as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr. Green brings over 25 years of experience in financial services, capital markets, corporate governance, and M&A, having worked across multiple industries and jurisdictions.
Mr Green does not currently hold any shares in the Company.
There are no further disclosures required under UKLR 6.4.6R and 6.4.8R in respect of the appointment of Mr. Green.
