TEAM plc (AIM: TEAM), the wealth, asset management and complementary financial services group, on 16 December 2025 received notification of from Salus Alpha Financial Services AG ("SAFS") that, following a disposal of ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Shares") on 3 December 2025, SAFS has a holding in 4,234,210 Shares, representing 6.81% of the Company issued shares and total voting rights.
