Gateley (AIM: GTLY), the professional services group, announces that it has been notified that the Company's Non-Executive Director, Martin Pike, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 22 January 2026 at an average price of 96.7 pence per share.
Following the transaction, Martin Pike's beneficial interest in the Company amounts to a total of 70,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
