ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 15, 2024-- Perficient, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRFT) (“Perficient”), the leading global digital consultancy transforming the world’s largest enterprises and biggest brands, today announced the global launch of Scarlett, a proprietary AI-powered chatbot designed to power productivity, increase operational efficiencies, and transform the overall Perficient colleague experience.

Perficient’s AI experts built Scarlett to be a personal intelligent agent that helps Perficient colleagues be more efficient in their day-to-day tasks by answering questions, connecting them with internal resources, providing translation services, sending timely reminders, and more.

Perficient first introduced Scarlett to its colleagues in Latin America and the U.S. With today’s global launch, Scarlett is now available to nearly 7,000 Perficient colleagues worldwide.

Guided by Perficient’s own AI policy and AI Steering Committee, Perficient built Scarlett to increase employee productivity while mitigating security, privacy, and compliance risks. Scarlett uses several resources to formulate responses to colleague prompts, including a pre-built logic function, a custom knowledge base, the Perficient Academy learning center, and the latest technologies from Microsoft Azure and OpenAI.

In addition, Perficient’s GenAI Innovation Lab, a subset of leaders from the IG working in global blended scrum teams, has developed 18 use cases so far this year, including an accelerator for conversational mobile apps that create engaging and personalized chat experiences across platforms for clients.
