Supporting next-generation Thunderbolt™ 5 technology, the SD5000T5 is designed for professionals, content creators and gamers who need more screens to increase visual productivity, more speed to work with large files, support for multiple 4K monitors, and more ports for connecting to accessories. Optimized to work with different devices and operating systems, the plug-and-play SD5000T5 supports Thunderbolt™ 5 technology, Thunderbolt™ 4 technology, USB4®, and USB-C® devices running Windows (10 or later) or macOS (11 or later). The SD5000T provides up to 120Gbps of Bandwidth Boost and data transfer speeds up to 80Gbps to deliver peak performance and enhanced productivity to support professional tasks and next-level Thunderbolt™ 5 experiences.

  • Triple 4K or Dual 8K Monitor Support – Supports Triple 4K @ 144Hz or Dual 8K @ 60Hz for Windows. Supports Dual 6K @ 60Hz for MacBook models with M1 Pro, M1 Max, M2 Pro, and M2 Max chipsets, and Single 4K @ 60Hz for MacBook models with M1/M2 base chipsets.
  • Up to 140W Charging – Ideal for devices with higher power requirements, SD5000T5 provides plenty of power to support the dock, laptop, and connected accessories.
  • Productive 11-in-1 Design – To enhance productivity and efficiency, SD5000T5 incorporates 11 connectivity ports including three (3) Thunderbolt™ 5 downstream, one (1) Thunderbolt™ 5 host, three (3) USB-A 3.2 Gen2 10Gbps, one (1) combo audio jack, two (2) SD or Micro Card readers, and 2.5Gbps Ethernet.
  • Built-in SD and Micro SD Card Readers – The SD5000T5 delivers ultra-fast file transfer speeds via built-in UHS-II SD and Micros SD card readers to maximize productivity for users such as graphic designers, video editors, and animators.
  • Zero-Footprint Mounting and Security Lock Slots – Mounting bracket (sold separately) allows the SD5000T5 to be mounted out of the way to promote a tidier workspace. Security cable lock slots are compatible with Kensingtoncable locks to provide a visual and physical theft deterrent.
  • Kensington DockWorks™ Software – Free software enables customization to deliver the best connection, performance, and security from the SD5000T5.
  • Sustainability Attributes – The outer case is composed of 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) aluminum and ships with FSC certified packaging.
