NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 14, 2026-- The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) today announced that a total of $23.6 million of incentive business management fees have been earned for the 2025 calendar year based upon the three year measurement period ended December 31, 2025. The incentive business management fees earned were as follows (dollars in millions):

These incentive business management fees will be paid to RMR in January.
