Firm makes three additions to senior leadership team and elevates four to vice president

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 4, 2026-- AE Industrial Partners, LP (“AE Industrial” or the “Firm”), a private investment firm focused on technologies and services considered critical to aerospace and national and economic security, today announced its 2026 promotions, which included the elevation of Jon Lusczakoski to Partner, Matthew Friendly to General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, Tess Sprechman to Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations, and Megan LeFevre to Head of Human Resources. Additionally, Alyssa Goessler, Adrian Lee, Tucker Long, and Dave Paolantonio have been appointed Vice President.

Senior Leadership Promotions

• Jon Lusczakoski joined AE Industrial in 2018 after spending more than five years as a Lead Engineer at Williams International. He has played a key role in developing AE Industrial’s portfolio across the space and national security markets through its investments in Calca Solutions and Firefly Aerospace. He recently helped lead the Firm’s pending acquisition of a controlling interest in the space propulsion business unit “Rocketdyne” of L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX). Jon holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
• Matthew Friendly joined AE Industrial as General Counsel in 2025 after serving as a partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLP. He has over a decade of experience representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in highly regulated industries. He holds a BA in Government from Harvard College and a JD from the University of Miami School of Law.
• Tess Sprechman joined AE Industrial in 2019 after serving as Vice President of Investor Relations for six years at Sun Capital Partners. At AE Industrial, she plays a pivotal role in managing the Firm’s investor relations, marketing, and communications efforts. She holds a BS in Finance from Florida State University.
• Megan LeFevre joined AE Industrial in 2024 as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for deepening the Firm’s commitment to a high‑performing workplace environment with active employee engagement. She previously served as a Human Resources Business Partner for five years at Carter’s Inc. and holds a BA from Florida Atlantic University.

Vice President Promotions

• Alyssa Goessler joined AE Industrial in 2024, after leading the Global Space Center of Excellence for McKinsey & Company. Based in the Firm’s Washington D.C. office, she has worked on the Council on Foreign Relations, Center for Strategic & International Studies’ Aerospace Security Project and the Strauss Center’s Space Program. She holds a BA in Social Sciences and Arabic from the University of Oregon, and a double master’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin in Middle Eastern Studies and Space Policy & Law.
• Adrian Lee joined AE Industrial in 2021 from TD Cowen. He is primarily focused on financial modeling, due diligence, executing new investments, and monitoring portfolio investments. He holds a BS in Business, Finance, and Accounting from New York University.
• Tucker Long joined AE Industrial in 2023 from The Longwood Group where he focused on executing acquisitions in the transportation industry. He is a member of the Firm’s Aerospace Leasing team which acquires commercial, business, and special mission aircraft & engines. He holds a BSBA in Finance and Banking from the University of Missouri–Columbia and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
• Dave Paolantonio joined AE Industrial in 2021 from the Corporate Development team at Booz Allen Hamilton. He is primarily focused on business development and investment origination efforts, including deal sourcing and evaluation, marketing, and acquisition strategy. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
