Everforth ECS Wins $30M Defense Health Agency Contract for Health IT Modernization

Company will provide analytics, AI, cybersecurity, and cloud expertise to modernize decision making across the Defense Health Agency's technology portfolio

FAIRFAX, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 11, 2026-- Everforth™ ECS®, a trusted mission operations partner for defense, intelligence, and federal civilian agencies, and the Federal Government Segment of Everforth, Inc. (NYSE: EFOR), today announced it has been awarded a four-year, $30 million prime contract supporting the Defense Health Agency's (DHA) Information Technology Program Support and Analytics Services (ITPSAS) program. Everforth ECS will strengthen enterprise decision making and accelerate modernization across the DHA’s enterprise health IT portfolio.

The ITPSAS program serves as the operational backbone for the DHA's Information Operations Division (J-6) modernization efforts. Supporting organizations across the Military Health System (MHS), the program provides the governance, insights, and enterprise support leaders need to prioritize investments, manage risk, and modernize one of the federal government's most complex health IT environments.

Everforth ECS will develop predictive AI models, executive dashboards, and performance metrics that improve visibility into program cost, schedule, cybersecurity risk, cloud spending, and operational performance. These insights will help DHA evaluate modernization initiatives, anticipate challenges, and direct resources more effectively.

The work reflects Everforth ECS’ strategy of combining deep mission understanding with advanced AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and engineering capabilities to solve complex operational challenges and deliver measurable mission outcomes.

“Modern military healthcare depends on timely, informed decisions backed by trusted data,” said Donnie Scott, president of Everforth ECS. “We're honored to partner with the Defense Health Agency to strengthen the analytics and technology foundation that supports enterprise modernization across the Military Health System. By giving leaders better visibility into performance, risk, and operational trends, we help them make faster, more informed decisions that improve readiness and the care delivered to our service members.”

As DHA modernizes its enterprise technology portfolio, the volume and complexity of operational, financial, cybersecurity, and cloud data continue to grow. The ITPSAS program is designed to help transform that information into actionable insights, enabling leaders to evaluate modernization efforts, anticipate challenges, and make more confident decisions across critical technology investments.

“Successful modernization depends on giving decision makers the visibility to understand what's delivering results, identify risks before they become problems, and make informed choices that improve mission performance,” said Sam Yousef, head of the Global Defense business unit at Everforth ECS. “By combining AI, analytics, cybersecurity, and cloud expertise, we're helping DHA build a more data-driven approach to managing and modernizing its enterprise health IT portfolio.”

Through the ITPSAS program, Everforth ECS will help DHA turn enterprise data into actionable insights that improve decision making, strengthen modernization efforts, and ultimately support better outcomes for military healthcare.
