Selcodis SA, also known as Selcodis, formerly Supervox Groupe, is a France-based holding company operating in two areas of activity: the distribution of automobile maintenance products via the Company's subsidiary Omnium Europeen de Distribution (OED) and the distribution of food products via Europeenne de Distribution Alimentaire (EDA). The Company distributes products to service stations, kiosks, tobacco shops and bakeries. OED's range of products includes spare parts for cars, such as filters and spark plugs, as well as detergents and cleaning products. EDA distributes food, such as biscuits, confectionary and beverages, as well as telephone cards and tobacco related products. As of June 30, 2013, the Company was 89%,58%-owned by Lucien Selce and had 12 subsidiaries, such as Wagrapar Development, Supervox Automotive, SCI Du Rouat, SCI La Grange and SCI La Reine, among others.
