Catering International & Services SA is a France-based company engaged in the catering and support services for companies that carry out projects in extreme conditions. The Company is primarily active in such regions as Middle-East, Africa, South America, Asia and Eastern Europe. Catering International & Services SA has three divisions: Catering, which is responsible for the organization and preparation of meals; Engineering, which organizes engineering work, provision of equipment, design and preparation of site facilities; and Services Support, which provides transportation, maintenance and leisure services. The Company's main clients are companies in the oil and gas sector, the public buildings and works sector and the engineering and mining industries. Catering International & Services SA operates through several subsidiaries, including Arctic Catering Services, CIS Sierra Leone and CIS TCHAD, among others. In September 2014, the Company acquired 70% of Top Service.
