The Company’s range of activities includes the software development and custom-made software design, installation and implementation, including hardware elements. Its offering also includes trainings, as well as after-sale support and services. The Company’s main product portfolio includes Qguar, a warehouse and distribution management software and SAP line of products, enterprise management applications, as well as various customized solutions. Its main customers are companies engaged in the operation of distribution centers, warehouses delivering logistic services and engaged in transport logistics. On July 15, 2014, the Company established new wholly owned subsidiary, Quantum Qguar Sp z o o. On July 2014, the Company informed that Quantum Assets sp. z o.o. has transferred its entire stake to its subsidiary, MINVESTA sp zoo.
