It invests in listed and unlisted financial assets such as shares, bonds, other security investments, managed investment funds, convertible bond and perpetual securities. The Financial Services Business segment provides financial services, including securities brokerage services, placing and underwriting services, corporate finance advisory services, provision of margin financing, money lending business and investment advisory and management services. The Real Property Business segment is involved in the investment of property portfolio on commercial properties in Hong Kong and other countries, but also in other types of properties.
