About the company

Triton Minerals Limited is an Australia-based mining exploration and development company. The Company is focused on graphite projects. It holds a 100% economic interest in Grafex Limitada (Grafex). Its flagship Ancuabe Project is located adjacent to the producing AMG Graphit Kropfmuhl (GK) graphite mine. The project is approximately 80 kilometers (km) by sealed road from an operating container port in Pemba. Grafex comprises over four exploration licenses, EL5305, EL5380, EL5365 and EL5304. The Company has also granted a mining concession for the Cobra Plains Graphite Project located in northern Mozambique, within Neoproterozoic rocks of the Xixano Complex. The Company holds a 100% beneficial interest in Cobra Plains miming concession (MC11548 C). The Company holds a 100% economic interest in the Ancuabe Project mining concession (MC913 2C). Its Aucu Project is located in the resource-rich Tete region of Mozambique.
