About the company

Grupa Azoty Zaklady Azotowe Pulawy SA is a Poland-based company active in the chemical industry that manufactures fertilizers. The Company operates within three business segments. The Agro segment is engaged in the production of nitrogen fertilizers, such as ammonium nitrate, urea, ammonium sulfate, phosphorus fertilizers and fertilizer blends, such as superphosphate, amofoska, agrafoska. In addition, the Agro segment sells merchandises and materials (fertilizers, feed, grains and crop protection chemicals). The Chemical segment produces semi-finished and finished goods: urea, hydrogen peroxide, sulfuric acid, ammonium sulfate, cyclohexanone, cyclohexane and sodium bisulfite. The Energy Segment provides semi-finished and finished goods and supplies, including heat, electricity, low- and high-pressure natural gas, as well as various types of steam and water. It also sells property rights (certificates of origin for electricity from cogeneration).
