Software segment includes support and maintenance, managed service and Skyline revenue derived from customers using the software as well as the licenses to use the software and third-party licenses. The Software-as-a-Service segment offers monthly subscriptions for managed services or to use products on a right-to-use basis. The Other segment includes re-billable expenses and pass through of selling on hardware. The Company's product categories include convergent charging system, CRM plus, dealer portal, interconnect manager, and others.
