Manhattan Gold Corporation Limited, formerly Manhattan Corporation Limited, is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on the development and evaluation of mineral projects and corporate opportunities in the resource sector. Its projects include L3 Project, Hook Lake Project, Tibooburra Gold Project, and Ponton Uranium Project. Its Hook Lake Project comprises nine separate prospects (within three mineral claims and exploration agreements), covering a total of over 580 square kilometers (km2) within the Rankin-Ennadai greenstone belt. The Tibooburra Gold Project comprises a nearly contiguous land package of approximately 15 granted exploration licenses (2,200 km2) that are located 200 kilometers (km) north of Broken Hill. Its Ponton Uranium Project is located within the remote Queen Victoria Spring Nature Reserve (QVSNR), over 200 km east northeast of Kalgoorlie. Its L3 Project consists of 109 licenses over 1,200 km2.
