About the company

Sierra Madre Gold and Silver Ltd. is a precious metals development and exploration company. The Company is focused on evaluating the potential of restarting the Guitarra mine in the Temascaltepec mining district, Mexico, and the exploration and development of its Tepic property in Nayarit, Mexico. The Guitarra mine is a permitted, past-producing underground mine, which includes a 500 t/d processing facility. The Guitarra mine is located in the Temascaltepec mining district, over 130 kilometers (km) southwest (SW) of Mexico City and covering approximately 39,714 hectares. The Tepic project is located approximately 27 km south-southeast of the city of Tepic, the capital of the State of Nayarit, Mexico. The Tepic Project hosts low-sulfidation epithermal gold and silver mineralization. The project consists of five mining concessions totaling approximately 2,612.5 hectares.
