Ariana Resources plc is a United Kingdom-based mineral exploration and development company. The Company has interests in gold development projects in Zimbabwe, gold production in Turkey and copper-gold exploration and development projects in Cyprus and Kosovo. Its projects include Dokwe Gold Project, Kiziltepe Mine, Tavsan Project, and Salinbas and Ardala Project. The Company owns 100% of the Dokwe Gold Project, which is made up of the Dokwe North and Dokwe Central gold deposits, which are located in the Tsholotsho District of southern Zimbabwe. It also holds a 23.5% interest in Zenit Madencilik San. ve Tic. A.S. a joint venture with Ozaltin Holding A.S. and Proccea Construction Co. in Turkey. The Tavsan Gold Mine is located in western Turkey and contains a JORC Measured, Indicated and Inferred Resource of approximately 311,000 ounces of gold and 1.1 million ounces of silver. The Company also holds an interest in the Slivova Gold Project.
