Winsome Resources Limited is an Australia-based lithium focused exploration and development company with four project areas in Quebec, Canada. Its 100% owned projects include Cancet Lithium Project, Adina Lithium Project, Sirmac-Clappier Project, and Tilly Project. Its advanced projects - Cancet and Adina, provide shallow, high-grade lithium deposits. The Cancet Lithium Project comprises a substantial landholding of over 200 square kilometers (km2). The Sirmac-Clapier Project is located 30 kilometers (km) from the provincial road infrastructure between the regional centers of Chibougamau and Chapais. The Tilly Projects is 100% owned hard rock lithium project that covers 47 km2. It also owns 100% of the offtake rights for lithium, cesium and tantalum from Power Metals Corp's Case Lake Project in Eastern Ontari and also owns around a 19.6% interest in Power Metals Corp. The Company has an option over the 29 claims of the Jackpot Property, immediately north of Adina.
