Tack and Screw Product segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of torsia-type high-strength bolts, hexagonal high-strength bolts, and galvanized nithia (GN) bolts for civil engineering and construction industries. Real Estate Leasing segment is engaged in real estate leasing of buildings and land. It also sells plating processing and by-products.
