Besides traditional hard and soft contact lenses, the Company manufactures and sells disposable contact lenses, including daily disposable, biweekly, and monthly replacement contact lenses. The Company also manufactures and sells contact lens care products, which are solutions for cleaning, disinfecting, and storing contact lenses. The Company also offers a flat-rate membership system called Menicon Eye Life Support Plan. By paying an initiation fee and a fixed monthly membership fee, the Company offers coverage for loss, damage, and prescription changes, allowing users to continue wearing contact lenses safely and optimally. Other businesses include the development and sale of veterinary medical products, materials for promoting rice straw decomposition and others.
