Capital Futures Corp. is a Taiwan-based broker and dealer of futures engaged in the provision of the related services. The Company is principally engaged in the consignment sale of domestic futures option contracts, the sale of futures option contracts, the futures consultation business and the settlement business, among others. The Company is also engaged in the provision of services of corporate finance, fixed income securities, derivatives, asset management, financial consultation, venture capital investment, brokerage, proprietary trading and mergers and acquisitions. The Company operates its businesses in Taiwan.
