Daido Metal Co Ltd is a Japan-based company engaged in the domestic and international manufacture and sale of various industrial lubricated bearings, non-lubricated bearings, general industrial special bearings, and others. It operates through four business segments. The Automotive Engine Bearings segment manufactures and sells automotive engine bearings for automobiles, as well as motorcycle engine bearings and bearings for engine accessories. The Automotive Non-Engine Bearings segment manufactures and sells bearings for automotive parts. The Non-Automotive Bearings segment manufactures and sells industrial bearings used in various fields. The Automotive Parts Other Than Bearings segment manufactures and sells parts for automotive engines and transmissions peripheral parts, automotive aluminum die-cast products and others. It also manufactures and sells electrode sheets for electric double layer capacitors, metal-based lubrication-free bearings, rotary pumps and others.
