Colt CZ Group SE, formerly CZG - Ceska zbrojovka Group SE is a Czech Republic-based manufacturer of firearms and ammunition for military and law enforcement, personal defense, hunting, sport shooting and other commercial use. The Company's activities are divided into two segments: Firearms and accessories segment and Ammunition segment. The Firearms and accessories segment includes the design, production, assembly and sale of firearms, tactical accessories and optical mounting solutions. The Ammunition segment consists of the design, production and sale of small-caliber ammunition, including pistol and rifle ammunition, together with shotgun shells. The Company sells products mainly under the brands Colt, CZ (Ceska zbrojovka), Sellier & Bellot, Colt Canada, Dan Wesson, swissAA, Spuhr i Dalby, Colt CZ Defence Solutions and 4M SYSTEMS. The Company has production facilities in the Czech Republic, the United States, Canada, Sweden, Switzerland, and Hungary.
