Donkeyrepublic Holding A/S is a Denmark-based supplier of end-to-end bike-sharing solutions. The core of the Company is the self-developed software that DonkeyRepublic offers cities and local partners. The software is a fully integrated turn-key solution, and it includes software for bicycles, operations and support services. The Company is expanding across Europe and consists of a fleet of over 13,000 bikes. It also offers a Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) and licenses its platform to partners in over 60 cities. Donkeyrepublic Holding A/S has seven subsidiaries: DonkeyRepublic Bike ApS, Donkey Republic Hungary Kft, DonkeyRepublic GmbH, DonkeyRepublic Bike ApS, Smart Cycles SLA, DonkeyRepublic NL and DonkeyRepublic NL BV.
