Cordoba Minerals Corp. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company that is focused on the exploration, development and acquisition of copper and gold projects. The Company’s flagship Alacran Project is a copper-gold-silver development project in Colombia comprising an approximately 20,000-hectare land package. The Alacran Project includes the Alacran Copper-Gold-Silver Deposit and satellite deposits at Alacran North, Montiel East, Montiel West and Costa Azul. The Project is in the municipality of Puerto Libertador, Department of Cordoba, 390 kilometers (km) northwest of Bogota and 160 km north of Medellin. The Company also holds a 51% interest in the Perseverance Copper Project in Arizona, United States of America. The Perseverance Project is a 13,000-acre porphyry copper project located over 19 miles southeast of Kingman and 150 miles northwest of Phoenix.
