SHT Smart High-Tech AB is a Sweden-based company primarily engaged in production of heat-dissipating materials. The Company is a supplier of nano-based materials reinforced with graphene with a focus on cooling electronics, processors, graphics cards, light-emitting diodes (LED), and other heat-sensitive and heat-intensive products. One of their products is a graphene-enhanced interface material called Thermal Interface Material (TIM), used for electronics and power module cooling, which conducts heat efficiently both vertically and horizontally.
