The Living & Wellness segment is engaged in the leasing of office buildings and apartments, and the operation and management of commercial complexes. The Overseas segment is engaged in business investment and support services, as well as rental storage businesses. The Company is also engaged in leasing, insurance agency services, the sale of information equipment, printing, e-commerce, and content businesses.
