Aichi Steel Corp is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of steel materials, forged products, electronic functional materials and parts, and magnetic application products. The Company operates through five segments. The Steel (Hagane) Company segment manufactures and sells special steel, produces steelmaking materials, and transports and stores steel products. The Stainless Steel Company segment manufactures and sells stainless steel and titanium, processes and sells special steel and stainless steel, and rolls, processes, and sells stainless steel. The Forging (Kitaeru) Company segment manufactures and sells die-forged products and forging die processed products. The Smart Company segment manufactures and sells electronic functional materials and parts, magnetic application products, plant activators, and metal fibers. The Other Businesses segment provides computer software development, product sales and greening services.
