Deep Value Driller AS is a Norway-based drillship-owning company. The Company's strategy is to secure contracts for its drillship with top-tier drilling contractors worldwide. As part of its strategy, the Company has an ambition to create and maximise value for its customers and investors, while at the same time ensuring safe and sustainable operation of its drillship. The Company holds office address in Oslo, while the drill ship is operated from Deep Value Driller Ltd in Malta. The Company's single asset, the drill ship Deep Value Driller was sold from Deep Value Driller AS to Deep Value Driller Ltd in Malta in August 2021. The drill ship is managed from Malta since then. The drill ship is prepared for operations in international waters.
