The office building rental segment is managed by PT Wisma Ramayana, a subsidiary that leases office space and vehicles to the Company. It serves customers across Indonesia through approximately 33 branches, one unit office and 15 representative offices located in regions such as Sumatra, Java, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Papua. Its subsidiary is PT Wisma Ramayana.
