About the company

Allegiant Gold Ltd. is a Canada-based mid-stage precious metals exploration stage company. The Company owns five prospective gold projects in the United States, all of which are in the jurisdiction of Nevada. Its flagship, district-scale Eastside project, hosts a large and expanding gold resource. Its other projects include Bolo, Goldfield West, Browns Canyon, and Overland Pass. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Eastside project, subject to the underlying royalties and consists of 1,150 claims covering an area of approximately 9,489 hectares (ha). The Bolo Project is located in the Hot Creek Range of Nye County, Nevada, 65 kilometers (km) east-southeast of the Round Mountain Gold Mine. The Goldfield West Project is located eight km west of Goldfield, Nevada. The Browns Canyon project is approximately 20 km southwest of the Archimedes/Ruby Hill open pit gold mine. The Overland Pass Project is located approximately 90 km south of Elko, Nevada.
