The Canegrass Battery Minerals Project is located in the Murchison region, approximately 620 kilometers (km) north-east of Perth, Western Australia. Its Canegrass Battery Minerals Project has three deposits at Fold Nose, Kinks and Kinks South. The First Hit Lithium and Gold Project is centered around the high-grade First Hit gold mine situated along the prospective Ida and Zuleika Shear zones in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia. The First Hit Project is located west of Menzies in the Western Australia Goldfields and is approximately 60 km south and along the strike of Delta Lithium’s Mount Ida Lithium Gold Project. The Company has a substantial landholding totaling approximately 493 square kilometers (km2). Its lithium targets include Odin, Thor, Mjolnir, Vidar and Heimdall.
