About the company

Carozzi SA is a Chile-based company engaged in the food processing industry. The Company's activities are divided into three business segments: Retail Products, Agricultural Products and Others. The Retail Products division manufactures and sells various food types, such as pasta, jam, tomato sauce, flour, juice, pudding, pastry, chocolate, biscuits, as well as pet food. Its products are distributed under Carozzi, Coast, Mastercat, Molitalia, Pomarola, and Alive brand names, among others. The Agricultural Products segment is responsible for the international trade of agricutural crops. The Others division includes sale of other non-core products. The Company operates in Chile, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, and the United States, among others. It is a subsidiary of Principado de Asturias SA.
