Cerillion plc is a United Kingdom-based software solutions provider for billing, charging and customer relationship management (CRM). The principal activity of the Company is the supply and development of telecommunication software solutions and equipment. The Company operates through four segments: Services, Software, Software-as-a-Service and Other. The Services segment provides services to customers on new implementation projects and enhancements. Software segment includes support and maintenance, managed service and Skyline revenue derived from customers using the software as well as the licenses to use the software and third-party licenses. The Software-as-a-Service segment offers monthly subscriptions for managed services or to use products on a right-to-use basis. The Other segment includes re-billable expenses and pass through of selling on hardware. The Company's product categories include convergent charging system, CRM plus, dealer portal, interconnect manager, and others.
