The Company produces shrimp and squid raw materials, such as head-on, shell-on shrimp; headless shrimp; peeled deveined or undeveined shrimp; frozen live shrimp; frozen cooked live shrimp; whole clean squid; whole clean cuttlefish; whole clean octopus; baby octopus, and squid ring and tentacle. The Company’s processing process includes preserving the whole head, removing the head, or peeling the head and peeling into a product in various forms as the customer requires. After that, it will go through the freezing process to preserve taste of the product. The Company uses two freezing systems: contact plate freezing system and tunnel freezing system.
