Dah Sing Financial Holdings Limited is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the banking business. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through six segments: the Personal Banking segment, the Commercial Banking segment, the Overseas Banking segment, the Treasury segment, the Insurance Business segment, and the Others segment. The Personal Banking segment is engaged in the acceptance of deposits from individual customers and the extension of residential mortgage lending, personal loans, overdraft, vehicle financing and credit card services, and the provision of insurance sales and investment services. The Commercial Banking segment is engaged in the acceptance of deposits from and the advance of loans and working capital finance, as well as the provision of trade financing.
