Dexxos Particpacoes SA, formerly known as GPC Particpacoes SA, is a Brazil-based holding company primarily engaged in the chemical industry. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is involved in the activities, which are divided into two business segments: Chemicals and Steel Pipes. The Chemicals segment consists of the production and sale of thermosetting and alkyd resins, varnishes for floors, formaldehyde, and hexamine, among others, dedicated mainly to wood panel industry. The Steel Pipes segment is responsible for the manufacture of pipes, mainly for the oil and gas, energy, construction, infrastructure, and automobile industry. The Company holds interest in several companies, including GPC Quimica SA, Apolo Tubos e Equipamentos SA em recuperacao judicial.
